Collective Privacy Notice

Australian launch · version collective-au-2026-10-14.2 · effective 14 October 2026

This notice supplements the Delegate Privacy Policy for Collective. It describes the Australian launch; a policy update is not your consent to publish a profile or share private information.

What we collect and why

Delegate My Work Pty Ltd uses the account details needed to verify your identity and manage membership. We also receive profile information, service areas, skills and any material you choose to add. Required fields are marked; without the required identity and profile details we cannot create your membership. A private draft is not published. We publish only the fields in the preview you approve after moderation. Existing agency records and portal access are not sources of automatic publication.

We use this information to operate membership, maintain profiles, match the service area you select, arrange requested introductions, handle reports and protect the service. Operational messages relate to these actions. Optional marketing preferences are separate. We send the verification code you request through our existing email delivery provider. Other outbound notifications and marketing subscriptions remain disabled.

Public profiles and private sharing

The public preview includes category, display name, headline, description, office locality, HTTPS website, service postcodes, VA skills and agency appraisal availability. Private account details, CRM records, resume files and verification badges are excluded.

For an appraisal request, we show up to three named agencies before you send. Each invited agency first receives the area and property-type summary. The assigned staff member receives the property and contact details after accepting, according to the sharing choice shown at send time. Agencies respond independently. This choice does not permit unrelated marketing.

A private resume is shared only with a named agency approved by the candidate and subject to file-access controls. Resume sharing and downloads are currently disabled; uploaded PDFs remain quarantined pending verified malware scanning.

Who can receive information

Public profiles are available to visitors worldwide. Private information may be handled by our authorised team and service providers, including overseas handling described in the Privacy Policy. This is different from making the information public. No additional overseas provider is introduced by this launch.

Your choices and retention

You can edit or withdraw your profile, manage sharing choices and contact support@delegatemywork.com.au about access, correction, deletion or a concern. Cancelling a request or revoking sharing stops subsequent access through Collective where the workflow permits; it cannot recall a recipient’s existing copy. The recipient remains responsible for its own handling.

Withdrawal or removal stops the applicable display or access; it does not immediately erase stored records or backups. Collective-specific automatic deletion periods have not been activated. Contact support to request deletion or current retention information. We do not promise an automatic deletion deadline that has not been implemented.
