These Collective terms supplement the Delegate Terms of Use. Existing non-excludable rights and separate service agreements remain unaffected. The current launch covers Australian service areas. Membership is free. Verify your email to join, or use your existing Delegate or portal account.
Collective membership
Collective lets agencies, trades, referral partners and virtual assistants create a profile and choose whether to make it public. Basic membership is free. Creating a Collective profile does not create a paid agency subscription or give you access to an agency workspace or customer records. Any paid service requires a separate agreement before a charge applies.
Your profile
Provide accurate information and only material you have authority to use. Your draft is private. Before publication, review the fields shown in the public preview and confirm that you want those fields published. Profiles are subject to review. We may request corrections, withhold publication or suspend a profile for misleading information, unauthorised content, abuse or a security concern. You can request review of a decision from My profile or contact support@delegatemywork.com.au. Existing Delegate administrators handle reviews; a different reviewer handles their own profile or report.
Public visibility
A published profile can be viewed by visitors and may be indexed or copied by other services. You can withdraw it from Collective. Withdrawal stops future display through Collective but cannot guarantee removal of copies already held elsewhere. A profile edit returns the profile to private draft until the updated preview is confirmed and reviewed.
Introductions and requests
You choose the named recipients before sending an appraisal request or sharing a private resume. Check the content, recipients and your authority to share it. Each invited agency can decide whether to accept and respond. A response does not appoint an agent or guarantee a result. Any appointment, trade engagement or employment arrangement must be agreed separately by the parties.
Virtual assistants
A connection introduces a candidate and an agency. It does not provide a workspace seat or access to agency customer information. The candidate controls whether a specific resume is shared with a named agency. Any later engagement, employment or access arrangement needs its own agreement and authorisation. Resume sharing and downloads are currently disabled pending verified malware scanning.
Verification and use
A verification label, if provided, will state what was checked and when. No verification labels are currently displayed. Review does not replace your own checks or guarantee quality, availability, insurance, licensing or suitability. Do not use directory or request details for unrelated advertising, discriminatory screening, scraping private information or unsolicited bulk contact. Report suspected abuse through the profile reporting process or support@delegatemywork.com.au.
